What is the plan?
Friday - Everyone will meet in the morning at the parking lot in Snowmass for introductions and a packing party where we help everyone get their gear and bags on their bike for the weekend. From there we will hit the road, taking our time for snacks, pictures, and to take in the mountain views. Once we get to the house in Carbondale we will have time for some R&R before enjoying dinner together at home.
Saturday - Enjoy a leisurely morning and breakfast before heading out for the day’s ride. Today we ride gear-free! Stops for water, snacks, and dance parties along the way. Spend time at Cedar Ridge Ranch to meet some friendly alpacas and enjoy lunch with a breathtaking view of Mt. Sopris. Head back to town (mostly downhill) for showers and relaxation before dinner at home.
Sunday - Breakfast then pack up and hit the road to finish our route. This mostly downhill day will offer red mountain views as we follow the Roaring Fork River toward Glenwood Springs. We will end our journey at Iron Mountain Hot Springs where you can soak and rejuvenate to celebrate your weekend accomplishment! Once pampered, we will shuttle back to the cars together via the public shuttle.
*Please note: our routes are subject to change depending on weather conditions, permitting changes, etc. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
